Master Teacher Michael Leone

Master Teacher Michael Leone has over 40 years of martial and healing art experience. He is the Head Medical Qigong director of the Zen Wellness organization. He owns and licenses Martial Arts, Zen Yoga and Zen Wellness Centers, and is the author of the highly acclaimed book “Zen Wellness Self-Care Solutions” along with numerous DVD’s on Qigong, Tai Chi and Martial Arts.

A registered 8th degree Black Belt Master Instructor registered with the United Martial Arts Association of America and recognized by The National Qigong Association and Yoga Alliance. He is one of 13 recognized Head Master Instructors in The International Doh Yi Federation. Master Leone has been teaching the eastern arts full time for over 30 years and has trained and certified thousands of black belts and instructors.

He began his martial arts training as a teenager in 1977. It was at that time he began to see the healing aspects of Qigong, bagwa, tai chi and the internal disciplines that cultivate greater energy flow in the body. He witnessed students of all ages experience what seemed like miraculous healing of back, knee, neck injuries, and many other ailments. His entire life has been devoted to studying and teaching martial, medical and spiritual Qigong ever since.

Master Leone created the Zen Wellness Restoration, Longevity and Cultivations courses and has trained thousands of members. He de-mystified and created a step-by-step process of the very complex subject matters within the Taoist philosophy of health, cultivation and enlightenment, thus making it simple to learn and benefit from.

Master Leone has trained with many masters and grandmasters of many different disciplines and continues his training and teaching in the Phoenix area and travels throughout the world conducting trainings and certifications for instructors.

Master Teacher Jason Campbell

Master Campbell’s unique perspective on health, wellness and spiritual growth comes from his lifelong study both of music and the ancient arts of Taoist health and medicine.  His meditation and Zen training began as a child through music. His whole adult life has been an effort to combine eastern arts, meditation and music.

A 7th degree black belt and Zen Wellness Master Teacher, he has trained with many masters and grandmasters in meditation, tai chi, qigong, kung fu, yoga and Taoist medicine. He has been teaching the eastern healing and spiritual arts for over 25 years and currently owns and licenses Zen Wellness Centers with headquarters in Phoenix.

Master Campbell has trained and certified thousands of students and instructors and has also worked with and consulted with hundreds of yoga and wellness studios in the US, Canada, Europe and Australia,  teaching entrepreneurial skills to studio owners and independent teachers. He is the author of “The Official Yoga Business Success Guide” and numerous manuals and training programs teaching meditation, kung fu, qigong, tai chi and entrepreneurial skills.

He has released 7 albums. “The 5 Elements of Om Shanti Om,” debuted at  #1 on Billboard and #1 on Amazon. All of his music teaches the simple discipline of sitting still for one song (5 minutes), closing your eyes, inhaling when you hear the bell, then exhaling when you hear it again (every 4 sec).  The music guides the listener through his or her meditation practice and has opened meditation to thousands of people who have never done it before or who have tried meditation and have failed in their effort to simply sit still and clear the mind.

His music is being used in Hospital ER's, yoga studios, wellness centers, therapist waiting rooms, and hospices to relieve stress on families and reduce end of life drug use.  It is being used in a pilot program in South Carolina to teach prison inmates how to meditate. Zen Wellness classes for children also use the music to teach kids stillness and clarity.  And, of course, the music is beautiful and is wonderful to experience with no other purpose than the simple joy of listening to it.

In general terms, the purpose of all of Master Campbell’s teachings and music is to raise the collective vibrational frequency.

“Be still for one song (5 minutes) per day, close your eyes and breath with the bell.  Your mind will clear, your body will relax, your life will change.”
